  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup of almond flour (you can also use coconut flour)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • Condiments to taste (oregano, paprika, cayenne pepper, etc.)
