How to make keto zucchini pizza bites

To make this recipe for zucchini pizza bites, gather all of your ingredients in one place, then preheat your oven to 350 degrees. 

Cut 20 thick slices of Zucchini. For this step, you should need about 3 small zucchini.

 

 

Next, you toss them in ½ tsp of olive oil until everything is evenly coated.

 

Place the zucchini slices on a rack on a baking sheet, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
