Then measure out all of the ingredients and place in a large mixing bowl.

Mix well until everything is blended and a thick batter forms.

Then heat up a griddle or non stick pan over low heat. 

Use cooking oil, cooking spray or butter on the griddle or non stick pan, then cook the pancakes by adding 3 tablespoons of the pancake batter to the hot non stick pan.

Cook each carb quick pancake for 2 minutes on each side

Continue until all the pancakes are cooked. Makes 2 carbquik pancakes.
