  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 cup Lakanto monk fruit
  • 1 lime zested (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 4 cups filtered water

To make, gather all the ingredients in one place.

Then, in a small saucepan add the water, Lakanto sweetener and lime zest and bring to a boil until the sweetener is completely dissolved. About 5 minutes. 

Then strain out the lime zest and add the lemon juice to the simple syrup.

Let the limeade sit until it is completely cooled and serve with garnish and ice.

  • Strawberry limeade – Simply replace the lime slices with some slices strawberries and mint leaves.
