Tips for the best keto buffalo chicken wings

There are only two tips you’ll need to make this recipe the best.

  1. Consider adding a bit of baking powder to your wings before baking them. This is a secret ingredient that will help make your wings super crispy. I used this method in my 4 ingredient keto chicken wingsrecipe and loved the results!
  2. Another great tip is to make sure your chicken wings are as dry as possible before you start to cook for crispier wings. To get your chicken wings as dry as possible place them in the fridge between 2 to 24 hours before you start cooking them. The drier your wings are before you start to cook, the crispier your chicken wings will be!  So, if you love crispy wings, this tip is for you.

Should you fry or bake the buffalo wings?

Normally buffalo wings are fried, but for this recipe, we choose to bake the wings instead of frying them for one simple reason. Wings naturally have some fat on them, therefore, we wanted to have a slightly healthy version that was not deep fried and added extra fat.

You can choose to fry your own if you want. You can either use an air fryer or fry in oil if you prefer.
