These 3 ingredient keto pancakes are an absolute miracle. They are fluffy, airy, and really perfect in flavor. As with any pancakes they are super easy to make, and made using one bowl. Cook them over a stove and serve with desired toppings – butter, syrup, berries, or berry jam. As they have no sugar they are perfect to serve with bacon or eggs.

Tips to make keto pancakes with 3 ingredients

almond flour finely sifted

  • Cook these 3 ingredient pancakes over medium heat. This will ensure they lift and become fluffy. If you cook them at high heat they will also rise, but after cooling they may become very flat.
  • Once cooked do not stack them, but place them on a wire rack and place them in a heated oven to keep warm while you cook the others. If you stack them they will become flat.
  • Any type of almond flour can work, but Blue Diamond Almond Flour here at Amazon remains my favorite due to how great it works in most recipes.

3 Ingredients to make keto pancakes

How to make 3 ingredient keto pancakes with almond flour

To start, first, gather all of your ingredients in one place.

In a bowl, whisk eggs until bubbles form. This will ensure that you have fluffy 3 ingredient low carb pancakes without baking powder. If you are in a rush and do not have time to whisk, you can use some baking powder.

Add in the cream cheese and whisk.

Then fold in almond flour and stir to combine.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. I use and recommend the Nonstick Fry Pan From T-fal Cookware for all my pancakes.

Use 2 tbsp of batter per pancake and cook the pancakes for 1 minute per side.

Serve these super easy and fluffy 3 ingredient keto almond flour pancakes warm.

Keto pancakes recipe variations:

This recipe showcases delicious, simple 3 ingredient almond flour pancakes. However, you can make some adjustments and still make the recipe work:

  • 3 ingredients no flour keto pancakes – To make the pancakes without any flour, make sure you use more cream cheese. Increase the cream cheese up to 4oz.
  • 3 ingredients no cream cheese keto pancakes – If you want to omit the cream cheese, add one egg more, or substitute cream cheese with 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or crème fraiche.
  • 3 ingredient coconut flour keto pancakes  – The pancakes can be made with coconut flour. If using this flour make sure the batter stands for at least 5 minutes. After 5 minutes check the batter and see if you need to add one egg more or some water to make the batter smoother. Coconut flour tends to absorb liquid like no other flour.
