Raspberries contain fewer carbs than many other fruits which makes them a good choice for keto fruit smoothies.
In every 1 cup serving of raspberries, there are 15 grams of total carbs and 8 grams of fiber. This means that there are 7 grams of net carbs in every cup of raspberries.

The average fruit smoothie contains approximately 20 grams of carbs per serving 18 grams of which come from sugar. If you’re following a keto diet, you cannot have these. - Add ice cubes to the smoothie
- Freeze the liquids you intend to use. In this case, I used yogurt instead of a liquid, so go ahead a freeze the yogurt overnight.
- Add some chia seeds to the smoothie. Chia seeds thickens smoothies nicely.

The ingredients you need to make these tasty low carb raspberry smoothies are very easy to find. You will likely find everything listed below in your local grocery store. You can also check out amazon for other keto friendly groceries that are harder to find. To make this smoothie you will need:
- ½ cup of natural or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup of YQ by Yoplait Plain Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mint leaves (optional)
- 1-2 tsp of erythritol or sweetener of choice, to taste
- Ice (optional *)
How to make keto raspberry smoothie
Gather your ingredients to begin making the smoothie.
In the blender glass, add raspberries (preserve some to decorate), yogurt, vanilla extract, a small mint leaf, ice, and sweetener.
Blend the ingredients for about 3 minutes until the entire mixture is thick and homogeneous and the smoothie looks like this:
Serve this low carb raspberry smoothie in a mason jar, and decorate it with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
