How to use keto friendly pancake mix

This pancake mix is quite easy to use. Simply scoop out a 1/3 cup of the mix into a bowl, then add in your favorite low carb wet ingredients. I enjoy cream cheese, eggs, vegetable oil and unsweetened almond milk.

Therefore, I use this pancake mix in this way:

  1. Add 1/3 cup (or 4 tbsp) of pancake mix to a bowl.
  2. Crack in 1 small egg
  3. Add 18 ml olive oil
  4. Add in 10 grams of cream cheese, at room temperature
  5. Finally add in 40 ml unsweetened almond milk.
  6. Mix everything with a whisk until well combined, then cook the pancakes.

Makes 2 keto pancakes – each about 4 inches in diameter.

How many carbs are in keto pancake mix?

Typically, most low carb pancake mixes have under 10 grams of carbs per serving. For example, carbquik pancake mix has 2 net carbs per serving and Birch benders keto pancake mix has 5 net carbs per serving. This homemade keto pancake mix has 6.8 net carbs per serving.
