  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 ½ cups mozzarella, shredded
  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs

 

How to make keto bagels with fathead dough by hand

To start gather you ingredients and  preheat the oven to 400F.

Combine the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.

 

Remove from the microwave, stir and microwave again for 2 minutes, on high until these cheeses are melted.

 

Once the cheeses are melted, you will then stir in the baking powder, almond flour, and eggs and knead till everything is properly combined.

In this step, you will need to work fast to prevent the eggs from cooking.

Shape the mixture into a dough by kneading. If needed, dust on kitchen counter dusted with some almond flour.
