It includes 10 spices, 1 herb, onion, garlic, butter, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and salt. It was coined blove’s sauce as it originates from a popular youtube star named blove who made this sauce to go with her very popular seafood muck-bangs. Since then this sauce has become renowned and blove has began selling these sauces in both a mild and spicy version on Amazon. 

Ingredients to make bloves sauce

  • 2 – 4 sticks of unsalted butter
  • 4 heads of garlic
  • 1/2 of a white onion
  • 1 tsp ginger powder or pickled garlic 
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper (adjust for a milder flavored sauce)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 2 tsp old bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp brown sugar (I used swerve brown sugar replacement to suit my keto lifestyle)

To make gather all of your ingredients in one place.

Then peal the onions and garlic and place them in a blender or blend-jet until they’re minced. Place in a bowl and set that aside for a moment.

Next measure out all the spices and herbs, the sweetener and the salt and place those in a bowl. Mix together until they’re all well combined. 

Once this is done, melt the unsalted butter on medium to high heat in a saucepan. About 1 minute.

Add the minced garlic and onion and cook for about 2-3 minutes stirring regularly. 

Then add in the homemade blove’s seafood seasoning mixture and stir until it is mixed in well with the butter.

Cook for 5 minutes while stirring regularly. Add the hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce and cook for one more minute. Pour into a large bowl and enjoy with your favorite seafood.
