  • 0.5lb. chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce, heavy cream, hot sauce, or tomato sauce, optional

 

How to make keto chicken stuffed peppers without rice

To make these first gather all of your ingredients in one place.

 

Then cut the bell peppers (or a sweet pepper alternative) in half by length and place aside.

 

Next, heat the olive oil in a skillet, and add the chicken. Then cook until the chicken is no longer pink.

 

Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, or a black pepper substitute, add onion powder and garlic and cook for 1 minute.

 

At this point, if using, you can add BBQ sauce, hot sauce, heavy cream, or tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
