What is the best sweetener for this recipe?

I used powdered Erythritol because it is low carb sweetener and has nice blending properties. If you do not have powdered erythritol, you can opt for any other kind of low-carb sweetener, such as swerve and monkfruit sweetener as long as it is powdered.

I do not recommend that use of granulated sweeteners as the texture of the cheesecake fluff will become grainy rather than smooth and fluffy.
