  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek Yogurt
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup chopped bacon
  • 1 ½ cups grated white cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ cup freshly chopped parsley

Take out a large mixing bowl, and thrown in the cauliflower florets, then season with chili flakes, garlic, salt and pepper, and oregano. Mix these well and set aside.

In a saucepan (or microwave) melt your butter, then add to the mixture of cauliflower and seasoning. Mix well and pour the mixture into a casserole pan. 

Using the same mixing bowl add in the heavy cream and sour cream or Greek Yogurt. Mix with a wire whisk and add in grated cheese, bacon, and parsley. Mix and pour the mixture into the cauliflower florets in the pan. Top with dried oregano.

Bake for about 30-40 minutes, until golden brown and set.

Serve immediately while hot.
