The sky is the limit when it comes to the dry rub you use for these fall off the bone instant pot ribs!
These low carb country style ribs will amaze you as they will fall off the bone and have the perfect flavor due to the dry rub used. They are a real crowd pleaser for any occasion, even winter, as you can make these in the comfort of your warm kitchen.
Tips For The Most Delicious Ribs!
- I used pork ribs, but you can also make this recipe with beef ribs. It is perfectly okay to use the same spices, just ask your butcher to cut the beef ribs into small segments.
- If you want to add some extra flavor, make sure to add some liquid smoke to the sauce. A few drops will be enough. If you cannot find the liquid smoke then smoked paprika will do the trick.
Add a splash of Stubb’s Hickory Liquid Smoke to your Instant Pot ribs for that smoky, just-grilled flavor—no smoker needed!
