  • 1 ½ tablespoon Taco seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups bone broth
  • 14oz. can chopped tomatoes, no sugar added
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 jalapeno, sliced. For serving
  • Chopped cilantro, for garnish

To make this recipe, first you will need to assemble all of the ingredients to make you keto pressure cooker soup in one place.

Next, select Saute on your Instant Pot and brown the beef in the instant pot for a few minutes.

 

Next, you will drain the excess liquid from the browned beef and then stir in your keto taco seasoning, onion and garlic powder and cook for 30 seconds.

Then, pour in the beef broth and scrape any browned bits. Also, at this point, add in the tomatoes and lock the lid into place.Select Manual and adjust to High pressure. Set the time to 10 minutes.

 

Once the cooking cycle is done, perform a natural pressure release. Then stir in heavy cream and cream cheese. At this point adjust the seasonings if needed.
