  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup of heavy cream
  • 4 envelopes xilitol or 15 drops stevia
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • ⅛ tsp xanthan gum
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • Mint leaves
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • ½ cup cream
