The preparation of this recipe is extremely simple.

The first step is to mix all the dry ingredients in a small bowl. This includes the sifted cocoa powder, Xanthan gum, the sweetener and the spices you prefer.

Then, pour the almond milk, the heavy cream, the butter, and the cinnamon stick (or a substitute for cinnamon sticks) into a pot. 

Also add the dry ingredients mixture into that same pot using a sieve.

Next, mix this well with a hand whisk, then cook for about 10 minutes while stirring.

  • ½ cup of heavy cream
  • 4 envelopes xilitol or 15 drops stevia
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • ⅛ tsp xanthan gum
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • Mint leaves
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • ½ cup cream
