 keto chicken spaghetti

This is the ultimate keto dish you can make if you enjoy chicken recipes like this keto stuffed and grilled chicken. It is super delicious, easy to make, and something you’ll be glad to serve to your family while sticking to your keto lifestyle.

This one-pot keto pasta dish is made in a skillet and features boneless chicken, low carb vegetables, seasonings, and palmini noodles for those who miss enjoying noodles on keto.

Tips for making low carb chicken spaghetti

My main tip is to rinse your palmini spaghetti well before use. Palmini noodles are a type of low carb linguine made from hearts of palms that is texturally pleasing and will satisfy pasta cravings. They’re not the cheapest, but every now and then I like to splurge and use these since they’re a lot better than squash noodles or zucchini noodles in my opinion. They’re a great keto noodle substitute for when you don’t want to make zucchini noodles!

Another important tip is to not skip out on the seasonings or the cream listed below. Palmini noodles will benefit greatly from the flavors infused into the dish. In fact, it is those seasonings and spices that will make the dish taste fantastic.

Straight from the can, palmini noodles are naturally al dente. If you prefer softer textured noodles, boil the palmini noodles for 5-10 minutes in plain water before use.
