Variations of the keto friendly seafood boil recipe

I used crab legs, shrimp, mussels, and lobster tails for this recipe. However, if you can’t find any of the shellfish I used or you just prefer something else, here are some good variations worth trying out.

Keto shrimp boil – To make this variation, increase the amount of shrimp and leave out the crab legs, mussels, and lobster tails if you prefer. About 2 pounds of the shrimp should work.

Keto crawfish boil – To make this variation, remove the lobster tails, crab legs, mussels, and shrimp and use 1 lb or 2 pounds of crawfish instead.

Keto crab boil – If you prefer crab legs, over the other types of seafood, then that’s fine too. Simply leave out the other seafood and replace them with some juicy crab legs. Since there are no potatoes and corn in this recipe, I’d use 2 lbs of crab legs as a replacement for the other seafood.

Change up the seasoning – I used various seasonings and spices to make this recipe, but sometimes I like to use my homemade seafood seasoning blend instead.
