What kind of berries are keto friendly?

Among keto friendly fruits are berries. You can have berries like strawberries, blueberries and blackberries, and raspberries on the keto diet.

How many carbs are in raspberries

Raspberries contain fewer carbs than many other fruits which makes them a good choice for keto fruit smoothies.

In every 1 cup serving of raspberries, there are 15 grams of total carbs and 8 grams of fiber. This means that there are 7 grams of net carbs in every cup of raspberries.

How many carbs are in this keto raspberry smoothie?

The average fruit smoothie contains approximately 20 grams of carbs per serving 18 grams of which come from sugar. If you’re following a keto diet, you cannot have these. However, this keto raspberry smoothie contains fewer carbs and is a better choice for people eating low carbs. In every smoothie, there are only 8.1 grams of net carbs.

How to make a raspberry keto smoothie thicker

If you love your smoothies thicker, here are a few tips you can follow to ensure that your smoothie is as thick as you like.

  • Freeze your fruit overnight. in this case, freeze your raspberries
  • Add ice cubes to the smoothie
  • Freeze the liquids you intend to use. In this case, I used yogurt instead of a liquid, so go ahead a freeze the yogurt overnight.
  • Add some chia seeds to the smoothie. Chia seeds thickens smoothies nicely.
